I know this will never, ever happen, but: Wish the TAF could raise funds for a retractable roof or something to shield players from weather at Alex Box Stadium.

Looks like it will be raining for at least 1-1.5 hours...with thunder. And thunder is the key to cancelling the game. Maybe if they wait, they could have first pitch later, like 7:30 or 8pm.

I feels sorry for San Diego. They came a long way for this mess. And they are a very good team, among the best we have played this season.

They play Tulane 4 games this weekend starting Thursday. So it's not a wasted trip yet.

Rain is supposed to let up after 7:00. I usually listen to 98.1fm for updates on delays or cancellations.
