Is this section next to the band? Would this be a good idea with 2 boys age 13 and 9? Thanks in advance for any info.

Yes and yes

It is a good section - at least with who normally sits there. No telling who will be there for this game. You get to see the players coming in and out of the locker room for warm ups and are right above the tunnel when they run out. Being next to the band is a bonus

The only down side is that you will be in the sun the whole game. For the Auburn game (2:30 kick) we never got in the shade. Expect sunburn on your right side.

My normal seats are in the north endzone and are good for seeing the game as well as Tiger Band.My daughter is a Golden Girl so I enjoy taking pictures of her and watching them dance,so you should be fine with your kids! have fun and Geaux Tigers
