I've learned to enjoy the trolls. It's like reading a never ending Tolkien novel. The enemy of message board enjoyment is not controversy or even stupidity. It's boredom and that is seldom lacking on the Rant during the season.

Now as to your question about the offseason - it can get a bit dull even on here. That's the time for the OT, Movie Board, More Sports Board and a few others depending on your inclinations and the time of year. (CAUTION: the Poli-Board should be reserved for only the most extreme cases of boredom. And a long shower is recommended afterwards)
