Question for long time fans in section 219/220

I sat in 219 today for a few innings and noticed a guy toward the top of the section who kept yelling. I'm not trying to sound like an arse but something seemed off with this guy. He was just yelling mumbled phrases, almost barking. He's a heavyset guy. I think he had on sweatpants, maybe. I've sat in this area once before and noticed him then as well.
Not bashing the guy. Just honestly wondering if something is wrong with him or is it just a fan "shtick".
That area, aside from him, had some characters

There is a deaf man that sits at the top of 216 that yells incoherently sometimes. But thats a good ways from 219/220, probably not the same guy.

Dark haired, overweigh guy who carries a seat cushion to the games. Sits in 219 near the grandstand end about 2/3 the way up.

Don't know him but there are a lot of characters at LSU baseball games that have a schtick and I think relish the attention that gives them. Not hating, it makes an interesting environment.
Does Donny with Cribs still pace the bleachers and rant the whole game like he used to at the old Box?
