Question about Miles buyout

I looked up Mack Brown's buyout (2.75 million and 500K a year). There was a stipulation that he would lose his payment installments if he got another HC job. I wonder if that is in Miles contract? If so, I wonder if he would take the money and go home? I think he would take a job like Mizzo, SC or some other school. Just my thoughts.
