Question about Les buyout

So how much of their precious money did they save by letting Les coach 4 more games?
Buyout was too much last year and didn't want the perception that we were throwing money around but 4 games into the season, Frick it?? Imo the administration are the real embarrassments here and should be shown the door also.

I agree and think we should've done it anyways last season but it wasn't just the buyout. It was the buyout, the state financial crisis, and the media rallying around Miles that added up to a bad situation. We would've looked like the villain and I can kind of understand now why they did what they did. They wanted him gone but the optics really were horrible.

While true, I've learned that if you start basing your decision making based on perception, from the media, you're doing it wrong. Always go against what the media wants.
