Question about computer polls (link for composite polls included)

Does anyone know anything about the algorithms used by the Annar, the Bassett, Born, Regression Based, BM Craig, Laue, and/or the ACR computer polls. Each of these polls has Oregon ranked ahead of LSU.
There are many other oddities when you look at this composite, but that one was the most egregious that I saw.
