Heat??

You need to wake and smell the coffee if you think what's said on a forum equates to heat being applied to the most successful Hc coach in Lsu history

Qbs that give a 5/13 30 yrd performances are goin to catch heat and so is the coach who continually sticks with that qb.
So the JL 8/21 38.1% performance vs mighty UK was better than 5/13 38.5% vs UGA's top 5 D?
Where were you and Rudy40's posts bitching about Lee's game?
Both QBs have very similar CRs and RAT.
It's just when a certein one has a bad day you guys come out of the woodwork and mouth off.

Nice how you conveniently left out all the drops in that UK game.
Only drops vs uga was by the guys in red.
Not to mention it was a typical performance we've all seen numerous times before.
Be happy its Christmas and even better his time is almost up. One more game.

The fact is that neither one of the qbs are that good. I do feel that JJ give us a better chance of winning against alabama. I feel miles could have let lee play more in the last few games. But....after jan 9th, the are both gone. Thank friggin God they will be gone and you loosers can find something else to bitch about.

JJ is his Man and always has been. That's just a fact. Lee had 1 bad game all season and it cost him his job. Miles handling of the QB situation in JL's defense has been poor. The fact that we continue to win keeps the heat off Miles.

You seriously think he would have left JL in for an entire half if the team had zero first downs like JJ did against Georgia? See 1st sentence again. I think Miles has done a super job this season but his handling of the QB situation w all due respect to the best coach LSU has ever had SUCKS!

It's not beyond belief. We all mistakes and we are all human. No one ever said Miles was perfect. As long as LSU continues to win you live with it. I just feel terrible for JL like most Tiger fans do. We want to win but most also think JL could have seen a lot more playing time down the stretch when games were well in hand - especially for all he did to help get us to the Alabama game undefeated! That's the issue. We'll see if things change Jan. 9th. I know JL will be ready if needed.

The heck with Lee. He was given every opportunity in the past 5 years and he couldn't be what LSU wanted. I never forget how much he hurt the program with his early pick sixes. He has played much more than he deserves in 2011 and if it were not for the bar fight, he would have never never started based on his merits. Stop feeling sorry for this guy, he handled everything much better than fans like you.

Why is it that anyone that voices an opinion that don't agree with a few that literally live on here get called names instead of engaging them in a debate. Name calling shows ignorance not knowledge. One thing that everyone should get through their head is that JJ is Les's guy right or wrong. He will live or die by it so move on. I personally think that eventually his convictions will be his demise sooner or later. Not gonna fight with any of you TD unpaid staffers but that is my opinion so deal with that as well. Oh yeah Merry Christmas to all of you wether you agree with me or not.

Fact is, our QB position catches wayyyyyyyyy too much crap for a unit that has accounted for 24 TDs, 21 passing and 3 rushing, 4 ints, and a passing eff. that ranks in the top 20.

This is not 2010 when we had 10 passing TDs, 11 ints, and a eff. of 117

I don't know why we can't see the improvement, give credit where it's due, and stop the continual tearing down of these guys.

No, that's conjecture on your part and your opinion.

Now, what screen ID were you using yesterday before you had the want to tell everyone off?

He had a terrible game. But Lee has never looked as good as Jefferson looked against Arkansas. That's Jefferson's biggest problem--he's inconsistent. But one thing he doesn't do this year is the only thing that can beat us--turn the ball over. That combined with what he gives us with his legs and it should be easy for any intelligent person to see why he's playing, and Lee is not.

If you have a want to judge a position's season off one game, knock yourself out.

If you can't see that our QB play has improved from 2010, then you need to have your eyes checked.

Gotta disagree with you
JJ looked like shite half of ark game

Jlee looked more than adequate in the vast majority if his starts this season and better throwing the football than JJ ever has.

Only problem Lonnie it was the guys arguably biggest game of his career and damn near his last.
As a senior.
3 year starter.

5/13 for 30 yards.
That is what I can't understand what any intelligent person can't come to terms with and then sit here and make excuses for him.
I dont get it. At all.

1) I dont' think you understand the definition of the word "fact"

2) If that's the best Mettenburger could have done for us with our defense and special teams, I don't think that bodes too well for next season.
