Yea your 100 percent right. He would still get more than half the votes if a tread was started asking everyone to pick the best tiger football player ever. That's coming from a bunch of people still pissed he screwed us so he has to be the best in my book.

He will have success on the football field on Sundays. Only time will tell if he will be able to manage that success Monday-Saturday.

why i'm serious...I've been watching LSU football my whole life and he was the best tiger i've ever seen and it wasn't even close.

I'm 43 so I've been following pretty closely since the Stovall era and its tough to pick anyone as clearly better. His two year highlight reel would be the envy of most any four year starter in the country.

He had a lot of media momentum in that Heisman race until the suspensions.

He will be fine....when you ever heard someone career ending in the nfl because they smoked a lil weed. I'd be more worried about him if he got popped for a DUI in college or out bar room brawling.

I'm ashamed of any Tiger fan who puts this kid down or disowns him. He's probably my favorite Tiger of all time considering every game he played in was a human highlight reel. I think with Peterson there in Zona, he's going to excel beyond any expectations.

I hope he makes it but to say "He will be fine" is crazy. He can afford to make mistakes on the field. He cannot afford ONE mistake OFF the field and there will be plenty of temptations. Supposedly he flunked a dozen drug tests at LSU. When have YOU heard of somebody getting that many chances? LSU may have viewed him as unreplacable. The NFL won't.

quote:Proud of TyrannAgreed. Happy to see the kid doing so well. I think most would agree that his talent was never the question. Yea right all i read was he too short, he 2 slow, he a crackhead, he will never make it in the nfl, He will never play on the outside, he will go undrafted, no way he gets drafted in the top 3 rounds. Kid is one of a kind and I don't think i'll ever see a player at LSU as talented as he was.

Yes I remember hearing the same thing. I guess what I meant was that most people who watched him play week in and week out knew he was talented and are not surprised by his success. However, the same people will probably not be surprised if he ends up in trouble again given his past. I think as long as he stays out of trouble there won't be an on-field issue.

You can't "murder" an animal Mr. Fail. Michael Vick "financed" dog fights.

Aaron Hernandez is in jail and the Pats are trying to recoup paid bonuses. So is Rae Carruth. I guess he will make comeback at 44 when he is released in in 2018.

Travis Henry is in prison for possessing 11 pounds of cocaine - nor quite a "bus load". He will never play NFL football again. Bam Morris went to prison at 29 for marijauna trafficking and came out at 32. Never played in the NFL again.

Ben Roethlisberger was suspended 6 games and he wasn't even charged with a crime. He was just accused of sexual assault.

You need to acquaint yourself with Roger Goodell and the league's personal conduct policy.

yeah I think we're were just a couple of touchdowns short of national championship last year I think if Tyrone would have been with us he would have been worth at least 6 touchdowns go Tigers

I just hope all the attention doesnt get to him like it did before. I think it could cause him to try TOO hard to make a play and end up making unnecessary mistakes on the field..but I wish him the best.
