Proud Dad Moment (LSU related)

My wife brought me home this years schedule poster today, which was sitting on my bed. I've been working on the Geaux! Tigers! Cheer with my daughter that's about to turn 2. Tonight, upon taking her out of the tub, she saw the poster and blurts out "Tigers!" So I tried a "Geaux", and she replied "Tigers!" We cheered for a couple of minutes.
I know this is probably a CSB, but I don't care. I'm really excited. One of those little dad victories.

One Christmas my granddaughter was looking for something to put crayons in , I gave her a crown royal velvet cover she said.

Did the same kind of things with my girls when they were little. Both are grown, LSU grads and rabid Tiger fans for life. Your efforts will pay off !

I did something along those lines with my daughter....seems like yesterday. She's a Freshman @ LSU now. Like a previous poster stated, cherish those memories brother. It goes by way too fast.

Did almost the same thing (repeated Geaux Tigers) with my godchild when she was 2 and thankful I had video running.

My daughter without fail puts on an LSU shirt every saturday. She has been doing since she was 5 (she is 12 now). Her twin brother also does the same thing. Her favorite stuff is anything with Mike and whenever I get a chance I send her a new Mike picture. I just received my football and mike poster this week. They both have them !in their rooms. Its a great feeling and makes me proud. We hope to go to their first TS game this year. Geaux Tigers!
