Just for fun, I wanted to come up with predictions for the rest of the season while at work, and see what y’all thought.

Spoiler Alert: this is an optimistic 15-0 season.

Utah state: 52-31
Florida: 34-26
@Mstate: 48-28
Auburn: 41-30
@Alabama 45-44 (2 OT, bama misses PAT)
@Ole Miss: 58-20
Arkansas: 47-28
Texas A&M: 44-38
Georgia: 37-34
1st rd: Ohio State: 51-37
NCG: Clemson: 33-30

I know, I know, 1 game at a time, and not a lot of defense, but if the season were to continue at the rate that it’s going, this is how I foresee it

That'd be a gosh awful defensive showing. Like, historically bad for LSU.

No way our D gives up that many points.

They’re a lot better than people realize. That will become clear soon enough.

I don't want to just expect that Utah State is going to lay 31 on us.

Well we need to kick it in the rear end. We haven’t looked too hot so far.

Let’s be honest. The defense hasn’t been great, but literally no one would be talking bad about them without the 2 sleepwalking drives against Vandy and NWST, and the 2 offensive turnovers that gave up points against Vandy, which literally have nothing to do with the defense.

People can’t seem to understand that though.

So you think this is the worst defense in LSU history?

So we basically just outscore everybody on the remaining schedule?

I don't know man, our O will have an off day at least once.

Our D will be needed (duh) at some point to bail the O out.

I'll take it, but I won't survive this season.

I def don't like that UF score. You are basically saying we will have one of our worst offensive performances in the regular season.

I want to crush those jort wearing fools.

I think we see gradual improvement between UF and AU. Mullen’s system gives us some problems from a schematic standpoint and State away is always interesting but AU at home is the type of game you’d expect the real D to arrive.

No way the a&m game is that close or they score that much. Give me 45-17

Oh no, people understand... y’all just choose to use that to overlook what they’re clearly doing wrong and pretending it’s not.

I think the defense will improve. If we win out, this is how I see it. I’m honestly not expecting a win at Bama but these are my score predictions if we do win out -

Utah state: 55-10
Florida: 45-24
@Mstate: 49-14
Auburn: 38-24
@Alabama: 31-27
@Ole Miss: 38-17 (hangover from Bama)
Arkansas: 56-10
Texas A&M: 41-17
Georgia: 37-20
1st rd: Ohio State: 38-17
NCG: Clemson: 31-24 OT

I predict no SEC defense slows down LSU’s Heisman record setting QB. I predict Saban will verbally abuse his defensive coordinator, cause he can’t do it physically, after Burrow throws for 6 TD’s against Alabama.

So you think Ohio St's defense is on the level of Utah St?

You haven't been watching Ohio St.
