I'd honestly be surprised if LSU scores 31. Despite what people seem to think, Louisville's defense isn't terrible.

Arden Key takes up residence in Louisville's backfield.....Jamal Adams keeps him from breaking out and stuffs him over and over again

Devin White crushes him on the second Louisville offensive series and knocks him out of the game. 1-3 passing for 6 yards. 2 carries for 27 yards.

But, their defense blows so........

He has about the same Kind of game as Hurts with a little better passing, but without Bama's defense to protect him.

40yds rushing, no TDs
LSU 27-17

I'm glad you guys are that optimistic. Louisville worries me some. I hope you all are right!

LSU defense will let up in the 2nd half after the game is out of reach. He'll score once.

Same group that predicted we'd blow out Wisconsin, destroy Auburn, and beat Bama by double digits. They're homers who see every LSU game as a dominating victory. And all probably 18 years old or younger.

Louisville's offense scares me, particularly without Beckwith. I believe we'll be emotionally ready and Aranda will have our D ready to play. But the key is which Louisville team shows up - the one that played FSU and Clemson, or the one that played Houston and Kentucky.

I honestly don't know what to expect from a team that went from a playoff contender to the Citrus Bowl in the span of two weeks. Do they fight back emotionally or just mail it in?
