Do you think Alleva would consider relieving Jones of his duties during the season? Should it happen this week? Any college precedent you can remember?

He doesn't evaluate until the season is over. His words.

Whatever Alleva does, he better get the fricking go ahead from F Alexander before he does anything involving a coaching change.

This is a good LSU team that lost to a very good Houston team. LSU and Jones will be fine. They will go a couple of rounds in the NCAA tourney. Most people don't realize how good this Houston team is going to be.

It's definitely possible. We fired Brady mid season but I highly doubt it happens.
