Two of my close friends and brothers on the NOFD passed away last night. They were huge LSU fans. Please keep these great men and families in your thoughts and prayers please.

Prayers sent. My news feed is full of things about this. Apparently at least one went to my h.s. but the names don't ring a bell. I have lots of friends who seem to be grieving.

I knew both of them growing up and played poker with Tommy pretty much every week in college. He was a really good guy and will be missed.

cajun77,

I think I may have met you at the Super Regional Game 2 vs Oklahoma in the SRO line? You had told me you were in the NOFD and a few of your NOFD friends came up to you in line. One of them had shaved 'LSU' into his chest :)

There is going to be a boot shake to raise money for their families they left behind at Finn McCools Tomorrow night. Come show your support. Both guys had a young kid and one on the way.
