If the game Vs Florida is moved due to the storm what other places besides Tiger Stadium could it be played?

I've heard the same thing from several credible sources.

Why do people think it's getting moved, again? Saturday looks fine. Nothing more than a normal storm the day before.

It will be at UF or LSU. There is no way that BOTH fanbases will be expected to travel, find lodging, etc. The stadium would be empty, etc.

It will be played in one or the other.

Could be related to a nearby hurricane, but not positive.

Played there in 03. The feelings I have about the PA announcer there are the same as DByrd had about his haters on signing day.

Yes. The only issue would be impact from any evacuees going TO Gainesville.

I expect the game to go on as scheduled. But, Baton Rouge did not get "hit" by Katrina...but, it sure affected Baton Rouge.

And, it happens to any nearby, inland city in these cases.

If this storm were headed toward New Orleans and would have the same "impact" on Baton Rouge...the influx of people leaving New Orleans to Baton Rouge would be huge and create a very dicey situation.

I am not predicting it. But, THAT is the concept. Not that the Hurricane would DIRECTLY impact the stadium / city

And it would be great to have some electricity available in the stadium.
