Possible Benefit to Missed PAT

Had we made the missed PAT, Florida being behind by 4 would have needed their final score to be a touchdown. If successful, we would have needed a FG to tie and force OT.

I really think UF could have scored a TD had they gone for it on 4th down.

Good point, although who knows what would have happened on their 4th down play. I'm just grateful LSU won.

If muschamp knew what he was doing he would have coached his team to get off the ball and let LSU do the rest. Fumbled snap or time run out would have resulted no doubt.

I was thinking the same thing on Florida's 4th and goal. Of course I was frustrated when Delahoussaye missed the PAT, but that ended up giving him a chance to kick the game-winner, so it all worked out.
