If they are bringing Les back, then every hour this goes on hurts us. If not, then drive on and get it done. I think he is done, but nothing would surprise me.

Of course it could be a mistake but a deal to allow to go out next year would IMO be the best for all parties.. He would simply announce at the beginning of the year that this is his last.. Everyone saves face and we get to begin the process of hiring a new coach with miles as an asset and not a burden.
