PMAC? Why do they have the teams sitting with their backs to you?

Does it bother anyone else that you can't see the teams and coaches? The main TV camera is to the backs of the players. I understand it has to do with that big-arse LED screen that shows Tony Chacheres ads the whole time (= advertising $$$)
But I find it very odd to watch LSU basketball games on TV when every other pro and college game, you can see the players and coaches. Petition to change this please.....there are plenty of other areas in the PMAC you can sell for ad dollars.

I think the only reason is for the ad boards along the court to show up on tv. they have that big room at the top of the pmac opposite the benches which was made for tv cameras, but I don't think it gets used for anything now.

I can't stand the changes they made a few years ago... moving the student section and moving the bench to the other side. The whole thing seems so second-rate now.

I guess you could have them turn their chairs around and face the crowd, though it would be a little difficult for the coach and the team to keep track of the game but what the heck, anything for your entertainment!!!
