Freom Les Presser. " “We really settle on those plays long before we get there. When we got there, we felt like they weren’t the best plays. We felt that those were warped and prepared and encouraged"

Who knows. Sometimes you just shake your head and move on. Who the hell knows.

Aftee listening to lunch with Les today, I will never listen to another word the man has to say.

Les on TV? Mute.
Les on the radio? Mute.

That wasn't even his most embarassing presser which is the worst thing

It's a Les-ism.

No one can translate or understand what The Hat is saying.

What hilarious is that NO ONE ever bothers with trying to make him clarify. No one redirects,

Ever.

I decide on what plays I am going to run, long before the game. It's really not difficult to decipher, seeing how I basically run the same set of 10 plays each game. When a game begins to unfold, and my set of plays won't work, I do not, and will not deviate from them. Looking back in hindsight, there are many plays that probably should've been aborted before they broke huddle. I realized in the middle of the game that my schematic approach rivals a monkey fking a football. My pride and stubbornness will not allow me to alter our course. I will continue to try the same set of plays because that's what I know. Many players from the BCS championship game also echoed this sentiment when revealing that the alabama gameplan showed approimately 10% of plays that were practiced during a 40 day preparation period. I have difficulty with in-game strategy and adjustments. Another questionable trait is to keep the personnel the same, based on seniority and favoritism. Such refusal further hinders MY offense's ability to evolve and progress.
