His playing career and NFL PA experience tells you that he's smart and hardworking and know how to deal with people.
But how do we know that he can really coach and recruit?
It seems like Grimes has been terrible. I'm for it.I would hire him. Make Ensminger the OC consultant with an increase in pay. The idea of having a separate TE coach is ridiculous.
