Tommy Rees? If there wasn’t a queer script A next to his name, he wouldn’t be on this list.

The OC position at LSU may be the most unfairly criticized position in CFB probably thanks to Les Miles trauma. However people should trust BK. Denbrock is very well thought of.

It's weird to see Wisconsin have a top OC

Kinda surprised Petrino isn’t on this list.

I wouldnt necessarily call him top 10, but Notre Dame's offense has been better than people probably think.

The years he's been OC there (LINK ):

2020 - 17th
2021 - 20th
2022 - 39th

So Top 10 is probably a bit of a stretch after falling down to 39th last year in offense (granted their starting QB got hurt early), but Rees should still probably be considered relatively up there considering results.

Lane isn’t an OC but should be near the top of this list.

If it was simply "offensive coaches" and not Offensive Coordinators, guys like Lane and Lincoln Riley would obviously be at the top

Where would they have been if qb didn’t get hurt?

Tommy Rees would not be on that list if he were not in Alabama. There is zero evidence his Notre Dame offenses have produced top 10 status.

I get the Rees criticism, but don’t forget Rees was Brian Kelly’s first choice, not Denbrock

I would not have guessed that Mike would be that highly rated. Good deal.

I think Grimes might be most surprising

25th on average with regression each year. This rating is 100% based on where he is now. Not what he's done up to this point.

One thing is for sure and that is an offensive coordinator from the Univ. of Iowa will never be found anywhere a top 10 list of top Offensive coordinators.

Totally agree with Denbrock. He inherited a mess on offense with depth issues at TE and RB. I think this offense will take off this year.
Grimes and Rees are big surprises on this list.

As much shite denbrock has gotten in the past the guy can actually coach. The best thing he does in his offense is he creates space for his players

That is the truth. If he was still at ND, he would be an afterthought.

Definitely think anyone at bama boosts them a bit, hard to fail there at all.

That being said, hard to quantify 2022 as much as again lost his starting QB early in the season, so just a big variable there if they would have been better how much better would they have been had he stayed healthy. Maybe not any better, maybe a little better, maybe a lot better.

17/20 is pretty good.
