Pev is a good football coach.
Players love him and play their arse off for the guy.
His Co-DC stint obviously failed, but the guy can recruit and is a high energy guy that will mesh well with Coach O
He has his faults, but the guy can coach the game of football.
He may not be a HC or a DC, but the guy is good at motivation and recruiting and is a damn good ST coach.
Kiss my arse if you disagree.

Coach Peve was a great DC and motivator when I was at northwestern. He recruited some great players out of East Texas and his great aggressive blitzing style helped take us 7 points away from playing in the national championship. I would want him on my staff as a position coach no doubt,

What's funny is Peveto has about the same coaching ability as Les. One is the specials team coach the other is the head coach
