Per ESPN:
"It gives you some confidence," coach Bobby Petrino said of Arkansas' last two wins over LSU. "When you watch the video you're watching the same guys you played against last year."

I guess that means Petrino thinks they win this game hands down.

so they're playing against the same guys, but they are playing with better guys.

it's up to Miles to outcoach petrino.

WHOOPS.

No comment on Miles, but Petrino is overrated. You'll see long term.

what have you seen that proves Petrino is overrated? People tell me this all the time but I've yet to see it.

Just seems to be a rather bold statement by Petrino. However, given LSU's recent problems, I might be rather confident if they were my opponent.

So you honestly believe his track record at Louisville will translate into success at the BCS level? I'm not convinced. I saw a team that could score points against inferior opponents. Not sure I saw a topnotch coach. We'll see.

UL was a BCS school for much of his tenure and he did win a BCS bowl

his team was inferior and he scored those points agianst them due to a great offensive system

if arky wins tomorrow, hey'll have arky with the same record as LSU in year 2 of a COMPLETE rebuildilng job

I wouldn't want him just due to the way he quit on the Falcons.

Petrino seems to have both a passing and running game at Arky. Had this at Louisville also. How many teams would love to be able to do both? Yes, this is due to coaching.

On defense, they have a little way to go.....but will probably look great against LSU tomorrow.

I'm not sure whether Petrino is over rated or not, but I am sure of this: he can count and read a clock.

this is much like Bobby Knight's comments about Dale Brown when they played each other in the NCAA tournament he put in his book....something like "i was worried bout us being down in the game, but then i looked across the court and saw who the other coach was and everything was ok."
