“I thought we were going to run all the plays we had been practicing up to that time,” the 6-foot-3, 230-pounder said. “We really wasn’t calling none of it. We might call a couple of plays we worked on, but as for the whole game plan, I don’t think we really used it.”

This is exactly why most fans are so pissed. We know something wasn't right about the game because the plays that were called were terrible.

My opinion- JJ couldn't execute them, so they got conservative.

take the high road Peterson, your starting to sound like one of those guys who likes to bitch and cry about what goes on in the locker room.

you sound like you did not take advantage of that education opportunity either.

Agree.

This guy wasn't producing even when Jarrett was playing QB.

I guess I can't blame him, but he's basically just saying everything possible to convince anyone who will listen that the reason he didn't put up numbers at LSU had nothing to do with him.

He's the definition of a workout warrior, IMO.

Not only everything else you said...but let's not forget he couldn't catch the ball consistently his first three years. He had a severe case of the drops.

Despite nothing working, Miles kept quarterback Jordan Jefferson in the game. The end result was 92 total yards, five total first downs and only 53 passing yards.

Knowing Miles, there is zero mystery. We've seen this multiple times, but this is just the most hard to accept. Sad, Sad, Sad excuse for coaching. Sad is an understatement.

Yeah, dpeterson is talking bout this year alone.

JJ is the reason he, russelshep, RR and he'll even Terence tolliver were as mediocre stats as they have.
Just fricking deal with it.

He can pick any year of his career he would like, and I will gladly show him tape of him alligator arming and being a general non-factor.

He's a freak athlete that can't play football that well.

It's hard to run an offense when your QB is inept and will not throw the football. At all.

I mean...we could have called whatever we wanted, Jefferson probably still would have A. Checked out of it, B. not thrown the football.

EXACTLY my point- How many times have you screamed at the TV for him to just throw the damn ball!

I do blame Miles though, he is the leader of the team and should have known to not depend on JJ to actually throw the ball.
