Who in the NFL is going to play him inside...MORONIC and the DC coached in the NFL he should know better...Just unreal...Perkins may transfer to play outside to get his money next year because this is ridiculous...How long has this guy coached 20+ years...amazing...

Perkins only position should have been where Travis goes you go. No spying or BS coverage. Rush all game.

Oh just spy him. That will solve everything. Hell, let’s line him up at ILB and remove him from his most effective position.

I live now in Wisconsin...Rashard Gary is a rush linebacker...They use speed players...Sometimes he plays special...Trust me Green Bay would take him in 2 years...those are different playmakers...not slow inside linebackers...He is a rush end without hands in dirt..What the hell are we doing...

How would you use him?
They rushed him off of the edge just about every obvious passing down and he did nothing.
He looks incredibly uncomfortable at mlb so do you just put him on the bench on run downs? What's the solution?

Perkins is too small to play in the box. He's going to be a Safety in the NFL, I don't no why they don’t let him play the Monster position. Probably because Kelly and his coaches are set on playing a plodding, downhill defense without the LB talent size wise to pull it off.

Only in this board for dumbfricks think he rushed the QB every fricking play last year.
His two biggest games he made the most noise spying Arkansas and Alabama.
Tonight his effort was poor, his coverage was woeful, his spying was mediocre and his rushes resulted in zilch.

Completely agree this is a big head scratcher. He is not good enough to be a MLB right now so put him in a position to succeed

You want him to play 1/3rd or the snaps, because this is how you get him to play 1/3rd of the snaps.
He just didn’t have it tonight and blaming the scheme is a low IQ move but very much on brand for this board.
