I never realized we played in the first-ever Peach Bowl, just knew it was the bowl we have the best record in.

Hell, I was 17.
FSU had a hot shot qb Bill Capelman and an all-American receiver named Ron Sellers. It was a shootout between contrasting styles.

I am an old fart who was at that game. Very bad weather conditions that you really can't pick up on watching that video. Temperature was right at the freezing point and it was misting rain. Seminole defense was terrible but our turnovers kept them in the game. I have seen a lot of LSU games thru the years, but this one is still one of the most entertaining games from start to finish that I have seen. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!

Again, as long as we are going to be the team the SEC pushes to go to this bowl, LSU should get some special consideration. The trophy should be named after Coach Mac.

I was there with my father. It was my Christmas present that year. I even got to fly in an airplane from Memphis to Atlanta.
