So who can tell me when they think he will be called up?
Seems to be ready but I understand a lot goes into controlling a players rights holding him back until a certain time.
That part I don’t understand very well.

Hard to say, each organization is different. Pirates are pretty cheap so they may hold out. I think it's sometime in June the cut off date for the players rights thing. Saw that in some article not too long ago.
