I got a parking pass for the game sat and wondered if they close these off at certain times or do they remained open throughout the day and during the game?

Remain open. Once game starts, they really don't patrol parking any longer.

In my experience, a parking pass doesn't guarantee you a space if you get there late. Either they oversell the passes, or people double park and take up more than one space. Either way, parking can be tight for a big game if you don't get there early. I was shut out for a Florida game one year and had to park in a regular lot when I got there less than an hour before game time. Probably doesn't matter for an Idaho, For USCe or Bama, it might.

If it's lot C, it can fill up...there are two parts to C, with the bank being the spillover.

This weekend shouldn't be a problem though.
