Painting of Mike the Tiger with crystal balls

I am trying to find a copy of that awful artwork depicting mike the tiger with the two BCS balls in what appears to be a meadow. need it for some cheap entertainment. Does anyone know what its called or the artist that did it? Thanks.

For the love of all that is good and holy, please someone find the old thread on the OT-Lounge about this very stoned tiger painting. It was gold.
I have searched many times, but since then they've rebuilt the server and I can't find it. I even had the old thread URL and it is no longer valid.

My mother got me that painting for Christmas!
