What?
You lose seats when making luxury boxes.
Also, you want 25,000 seats, then add 5,000 per every 20 win season. So 3 good seasons in a row is 15,000 + 25,000 = 40,000!
This aint the Superdome its the P-Mac. We are fine with an arena that holds 12,500 general seats and 1,000 VIP, or if more luxury seats then better for LSU BB Revenue.
