Yuup lots of 6 DBs on the field. And lots of Debo Jones as well.

Love Deion Jones on the field! This guy has serious speed. I think he has legit 4.4. I was rewatching the A&M game and saw him moving down field at the same exact speed as Jalen Collins. I am assuming Collins moves at about a 4.4-4.5 as well. He is a special teams demon and is hand over fist faster than any other linebacker we can put on the field. speed Kills. He's gonna have to take his learning lumps, but I like the set where he is on the field.

Blue is out for the season. Just walked by him on campus in a hard boot and crutches. He was talking to another player (not sure who it was), and he said he isn't going to play until next season. I wish he could come back this season though

Has anyone seen Blue at/during a game? During most broadcasts, the camera usually finds "key" injured players and the talking heads opine on how they are missed and the roles they typically fill. I've not seen Blue get this treatment. Really miss seeing him run.

IMO, it doesn't matter if Blue is back or not. Anyone we send up the middle play after play won't make yardage unless we run sweeps and have credible pass threats.

As far as running, call more Ware-cat with Ford around the end. Keep both Ford and Hill in the backfield more at the same time to make the defense at least question what we are going to do. Copeland in front with Hill or Ware right behind pretty much shows that we are going up the middle.

No imagination on this offense. Yeah, I know, apply for the OC position but some of this stuff would seem pretty obvious to a 5th grader... well at least the 5th grader that sits next to me watching the game.

Blue needs to dress out and walk to mid-field for the coin toss. Then watch the other sidelines for looks of Wish he could be out there, but we are blessed for the depth we do have. I like subbing backs and giving different looks of speed vs. power. But when Hill gets in and in a groove, leave him in until we SCORE!

No, Williford will not start, or at least I hope they keep Turner in there since he's been playing well. But it would be nice to have someone backing up the guards other than reserve tackles and true freshman. Plus, Turner has never faced Bama, Williford has 2-3 times.

Having said that though, isn't Williford an AL guy? Do you think he would play particularly well against bama since that's his home state?

Yes. Most guys that leave the state like to show up the home team from their state if they play them.

They talked about Montgomery being pumped up to play USCe.
