I enjoy sports so much more now that I've stopped watching, or giving a damn, what the assholes on espn have to say!

To each his own. I reckon we all get annoyed about certain things that others don't care about.

With that said, why does anyone get surprised when any ESPN guy downgrades or predicts a loss for LSU ? Now I don't think "ESPN hates LSU" but there are several ESPN talking heads that do not think much of LSU--don't know if its LSU or Miles, or what. If anyone watched the BCS Sunday show last year, every Sunday they'd be sitting around with a mouthful of sour owls mumbling about LSU. Every week except for Ole Miss ,Herbstreit had us on "upset alert". As Kirk fought back tears after the first Alabama game he perked up with Craig James said, well IF LSU gets by Arkansas they still play Georgia.

Our team watches ESPN.They'll use these guys comments as motivation on Saturdays.

I used to look at ESPN's website every day and watch SportsCenter but stopped doing so about 2 months ago.

My life has been richer, my bald spot is shrinking, my muscle mass has increased and of course my pecker is now 13 inches long. Who needs ESPN?

Not a big fan of his but David Pollack looked at Kirk Herbsteit before one game after Kirk predict we would lose and just shook his head and said " dude LSU is going to roll". Funny as hell watching it live.

If you listen to Robert Smith he very seldom has facts to back up his predictions. That said, saying Bama will beat LSU is not going that far oit on the limb nor is it ridiculous at face value.

Bama is going to be very good in 2012. Smith's a tool but not for making this prediction.

Agreed. I don't care if Robert Smith picks us to lose, but if he and Lou Holtz had predicted most of our games correctly over the last few seasons, we might not have even been bowl eligible.
