we threw a decent number of long balls just did not connect on very many of them. i'd rather a 12 yard out route to a TE followed by a well executed bubble screen followed by a 5 yard slant. if we complete all three that would be a sign of new things to come more than anything.
The whole Cam/Mile offense was runs and long balls. intermediate passing game would be the new wrinkle we've been looking for.

Play action run to the left side, boot/rollout to right. 15 yard completion if Chark/wr is open deep sideline, 5 yd to TE if wr is covered.
