Our athletic department is a steaming pile right now.....

Here's where we stand:
Football - just hired a coach who wouldn't get sniffed as a head coach by any major program other than ours. We appeared to have 3 serious candidates which is crazy.
Basketball - we have two of the worst coaches in their respective sports.
Baseball - we've moderately underachieved the last two years, and when presented with moderate difficult circumstances we hire a 30yr old hitting coach with no experience.

The only reason CEO was not kept at USC was because he was not an USC guy. Kinda how Michigan always goes for a Michigan man.

If you are expecting to win every thing every year and nothing else will suffice, the bandwagon for UA/ND/UT/Cowboys lies elsewhere.
