1. Mile Slime
2. Nick Saban
3. Jeremy Foley
4. Urban Cryer
5. Tim Tebow
6. Jimmy Sexton
7. John Calipari
8. Paul Finebum
9. Michaal Glazier
10. Paul W. Bryant, Jr.

20. Lane Kiffin

We apparently are irrelevant. No one in the Top 20. The list is a joke. To include Finebum, Paul Bryant, Jr. and Tim Tebow on the list is ridiculous. No. 9 is an attorney (if you like me have never heard of him). The exclusion of Les Miles is nuts, and to even include, Lane Kiffin, on the list is also nuts. He's never even coached a game in the SEC. All he's done so far is to embarass his Univ.

The farther you are from Orlando the less powerful you appear.

They sure have a lot of respect for coach Saban to put him over their own Urban Cryer, but what do you expect from a Fla. based newspaper, I hope LSU pays them sumabitches back this fall in TS.

That is not a list you really want to be on. It just means our athletic department is well run and not dominated by an egomanic. Why would you want someone for LSU on this list?

Tebow can bench press more than Saban. He should be higher on the list.

The mere fact that Tebow is on the list proves it's inanity. Tell me, what "power" does he have? Hugely popular and the unquestioned leader of his team but that doesn't equate to any kind of "power" outside of Gatorville or off the field.

Off the field, Tebow is probably the most highly respected figure in Florida - including politicians. He is a genuinely good person who has the respect of folks who don't know a single thing about college football. As to his power, he could move a significant number of opinions to just about any subject he spoke on - if you don't live in Florida, then you can't conceive of that.

Skip Bertman has more pull than 90% of the people on that list.

What the frick are you talking about? Nobody gives a shite about anything like that. Why don't you stop masturbating to the make-believe fairy tale of how Tim Tebow runs the state of Florida in lieu of Charlie Crist and the rest of our elected government. He has absolutely no pull with anyone, outside of his football prowess. Most old people don't even know who the frick he is.

Dumbass.
