Ole Miss game attendance...

What's the Rant speculating? Think we pack over 100,000k? Probably closer to 90,000 is what I'm thinking. I'm hoping the energy level stays up for the 2nd Half, which more than likely starts around 9:45 or so. Game could go late as 11:00.

Serious question. Have we ever had 100k or more actually in the stadium? I know its been discussed here a while back about actual attendance vs. ticket sales. They only ever report the tickets sold as attendance but they do know the actual attendance via turnstile counts. I saw a report one time about how LSU never actually had 90k or over in the stadium, prior to the latest addition that is, even though the official capacity was listed as 92k and routinely attendance was reported to be over 90k. I know that since the addition we should have had attendance above 90K, but I seriously doubt that we've ever had actual attendance north of 100k if the actual attendance doesn't consider no-shows. Any one know?

I don't think we've had a game go under 3 hours in over a decade. And let's be realistic, kickoff probably won't actually be until 8:10 or so. The game won't end until closer to midnight than 11:30, IMO.
