While I know that the OL struggled during the game, I think it's ridiculous how warped the game has been made in an effort to protect Les and JJ.

The OL was not that bad. They made their mistakes, but the playcalling allowed them to have no identity, get no rhythm and in the end the refusal to make a change clearly had them giving up along with the rest of the offensive team in the 3rd quarter.

Anyone who rewatches the game can see clearly that the OL is shouldering a ton of blame to deflect it from Miles. JJ is a player, but played scared as heck from the start of the game and showed absolutely no leadership as the team struggles.

Is it the OL's fault that Les called 3 non-option running plays for the running backs through the first 3 quarters? How the hell does a team get anything established when Bama can sit 11 in the box? 2 down field passes is what LSU threw last night and both came in the 3rd quarter.

The OL, RBs, TEs and WRs are the real victims of the offense last night.

Uhh, not really.

The dude had time to throw the ball. He wasn't getting the ball where it needed to be. Those weren't coverage sacks.

JJ freaked out and couldn't comprehend the coverage.

They had a bad game. It happens! The offensive game plan was uninspired.

It wasn't something anyone wanted.

However, Mulligan games are tough!

Bull shite! JJ had more than enough time to throw with wide open receivers several times. JJ could not hit the broad side of a barn last night as looked to run every time he dropped back to pass. He had more carries than all of our stable of running backs combined. That is what is horrible!

Ask yourself this question - would OkSt hire him back?

Then ask yourself - would LSU hire Saban back?

they started the game with penalties. It all starts up front. We are power running team. Blackwell got his arse handed to him last night. Then after the game he put the class in classless with his comments.

No Tiger fans will be able to erase last night from their memory.

Coming from the biggest JJ nuthugger on this board, I'll take that as a confirmation that I am right. Wow you are pathetic in any attempt to defend JJ.

Not really, JJ makes them look alot worse due to him holding on to the ball forever. Receivers were open several times and JJ could not find them.

quote:

i remember after one of our 30 second offensive drives one of their linemen made a comment about our offensive line he was just like "what happened to their o-line, they're letting us all up in that shite"
