I think so but not absolutely sure. I know Little Woodrow's in Houston is for everyone who shows up. I believe it is the same for the two Dallas locations.

If the FWB in your username is Fort Walton Beach, I'm pretty sure that one is open to the public also. May call BW&R just to make sure though.

All of the ones I have been to or heard of have been that way for LSU.

I went to a bar in Plano a few times because where I lived in Texas - Richardson was dry. The place was an Auburn bar and they had two viewing rooms. I didn't wear any LSU gear and could not get into the rooms where the sound was being played. They wanted to see a membership card or proof of being an Auburn grad.

That was for the Earthquake game and me and a former Kentucky basketball player gave the Aubies some shite after the game.
