Wouldn't that be improvement? If we use our tes and rbs to check down, in addition to having better OL play, what else do we want? We just need to disrupt our patterns. If we can be at a 50% run/pass on neutral downs, I'll be thrilled.

no, improvement will only come when Les Miles leaves and a premier offensive genius like Mike Leach comes in to lead us to the promised land....FACT

Yes it would!! A great improvement that makes the style offense Les wants to play even more lethal. I am sure Krags brought these thoughts to the table the last two years. Why was it not incorporated in the "team coach concept" of play calling and game planning??

Better yet we skip all these pretenders and just hire the master of the air raid Hal Mumme, Championship. FACT.

Every year for every team there is a surge of hopeful optimism in every fanbase. Why can't you just let them be excited? You can bitch about what's wrong after the first game, after you see the new incarnation in action, but the weeks leading up to the season are supposed to be filled with excitement. It's Christmas and you want to tell all the kids that Santa doesn't exist. So STFU!

Does it not allow you to speak?? Seriously I don't know how much impairment on day to day function there is with the disease. Could he not attend meetings?? Surely his input was sought out was it not?? Was his input ignored??

This is how I want the players thinking. Confidence is good heading into the season.

As a fan I'm comfortable with waiting until TCU to see it.

Good news is we open up against a good team, and so if the O plays well then we will know we're moving in the right direction.

Parkinsons has flare ups directly related to stress. Heavier input in gameplanning and overall rehauling the offense are stressful I would expect.

Fact - This year LSU has an offensive coordinator with a proven track record in CFB and the NCAA.

You can't help but see that the players are more excited about the offense this season than they have been in years.
This fact alone should breed excitement for LSU fans, even malcontent buzzkill assholes like yourself.

Fact - LSU offense has vastly underachieved considering the talent we've had

I have never seen a single person disagree with that.

Damn them for being optimistic.

quote:

Fact - Every year those people aren't even remotely close to being correct about our offense

Except for when they are.

The problem with you people is that you can't wrap your little brains around the fact that it's not just one thing. There have been a number of things that have contributed to the poor offense. You people believe it's just Miles that is the problem. Even though some of the top offenses LSU has ever had were under Miles.

Also, Fact- a portion of our fanbase has claimed every year since Les got here that LSU was on a downward spiral. That's the group that people like you are most alike.
