as long as either of Stud's pets (Josh D or T Bob) starts inside then we wont be able to run the ball on anyone

you can throw out all coverage of postion battles as far as im concerned. regardless of fun n gun, pistol, cock n fire, wildcat, wildtiger, wild cherry, wild kingdom, wild thing, football is and will always be a ground aquisition game. football is won at the point of attack. who plays on both lines is what i care about. the talent is there to take care of everything else. wanna see a running game we can believe in at the florida 1 yd line? wanna see us believe in the run at the ole miss 32? wanna see less than 37 sacks on jefferson? get an o-line! if we can run/protect/get press rushing 3 or 4, look out!

it takes a psychic to predict that T Bob and Josh D can't run block, certainly. They'll both probably work out hard this offseason and rag doll d-linemen across the SEC even though they got dominated by even La Tech's DTs last year.

It takes a cynic to think they can't get better.

it takes a retard to think they will ever be able to even hold their own in the SEC. Tell me how they will improve from horrible to even mediocre next year. Will a year in the weight room do it? T Bob recovering from the old knee injury? Just having more confidence in themselves will stop them from getting thrown around by C-USA tackles?

shea gave a good breakdown this morning on tsd, he seems to believe josh d is locked into his spot, which sucks. Good news is it looks like PJ has knocked off t slob

I'm done with you. You crossed the line with name-calling, which tells me you got nothing left upstairs to work with.

You'd rather walk a mile to be negative than stand still and think good thoughts.

I'm going to have to see it to believe it.

This may be the first offseason in a long time where I don't have my hopes up that we'll be better on at least one side of the ball.

I believe they will be better. I see Ben Wilkerson is serving as a graduate assistant who might be able to help with the details of playing on the o-line especially at the center position. Not too unlike Gonzalez simplifying the terminology on offense and emphasizing the correct way to run routes for WRs. Seems small but could be huge, IMO

kind of sucks we're depending on a WR coach to improve QB play and a GA to improve our OL
