And I wonder if all the LSU football podcasts who were hyping Max up before the season started have finally realized that he isn’t the guy they thought he was. Nuss is the guy going forward. Screw the redshirt. Go win these last 3 games and give the next coach something to look forward to in a QB.

If we win the last 3. End the season 8-5 with a bowl game. I'll shite my pants. That would be a major success at this point.

Hand the keys off at a decent spot for the next guy.

His play on the field certainly doesn’t show that

In limited work, he has done more for LSU on offense than Max.
Max cannot make a decision to save his life and just looks lost and scared in the pocket. I don’t want to hear about the o line anymore. Go watch what Nuss did in the 4th Q against Ole Miss and how much smoother the offense run and how much better he is at throwing a football. It isn’t even close. The eye test of the 2 are a lot more apart than what people think, and time will tell.

The second string QB is always light years better than the 1st stringer. Except for 2019 of course.

Those people were all idiots to do so. Especially the ones stating that Max was better than Myles.

I wouldnt say light years ahead. I think that he gives you more of an upside and spark, but he also can't get carried away trying to do too much and make all the big throws. Arkansas will play bend don't break defense. In order to win, he will have to take what the D gives him and check down alot. This is something that Max has shown difficulty doing this season. Hopefully Nuss can give us that spark and we can grab a W.

The thing about Nuss is, he's alot more decisive. Max can't make quick decisions. Nuss is going to read the D and make his reads and fire it in there.

I don’t think people realize how talented Nuss is. And I know he still has a lot to prove but I was never a fan of Max playing. Myles unfortunately got hurt and Max had to step in but I don’t care what the stat sheet says man, he is not a good QB

Impossible to be worse than Max. Could be as bad, but not worse. Give it a shot at least

No but I do know that Max didn’t win the game. He also couldn’t go win it against Auburn either. 7 points against Ole Miss in 3 Quarters? Give me a fookin break man. He isn’t the guy. Move tf on.

Light years is a stretch but he def has a lot more upside and from a foundational standpoint has much better instinctive habits mechanics and footwork. The real issue with the QB position is a microcosm of what LSU has fallen to and that’s Ed Orgeron. The same ingredients that have led to all our recent failures feature in the current QB situation and is yet another example of why he’s led us to the edge of a cliff.

Before the season a certain Coach stated
“Nuss will be an awesome QB”
