If there aren't 85,399 other Tiger fans (92,400 capacity minus 7,000 tickets that the Rebels could use) for the Seniors before the game, I am going to have some fun :beatdeadhorse: next week

I can't remember the Ark game last year. What time does the senior stuff usually start? Hour before kickoff?

It was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too loooooooooooooooooong last year and right before kickoff. The team came out flat after waiting so long for that ceremony to be over. In my opinion, that cost us early momentum in the game.

Needs to be shortened. Bring all the players to mid-field, start in alphabetical order, let them step forward, wave to the crowd and step back, next...

Being present would vastly reduce tailgating time which is the primary reason the majority of 'fans' show up now a days. Not going to happen.

I disagree. I think after 4 or 5 years of hard work and with the success they have brought to this program, they deserve the opportunity to walk one at at time from the endzone to midfield for some recognition. If your time is too valuable to show your appreciation to them, don't show up. I'll be there.

I try to be in the stadium by the time they play Calling Baton Rouge, which is roughly a half hour before. I usually linger on field level by the visiting tunell in the SE endzone to taunt the opposing team as they enter the locker room then find my way to my seats. I've picked this up this year and rather enjoy it, but obviously it's yielded mixed results.

How early do they start the senior stuff, they do it after the band leaves the field correct? Sorry, it's been awhile since I've been to the last game of the year.

My time is not important and I agree they should be honored by the fans. Got it. Don't disagree. BUT!!!! nobody can disagree that they came out flat last year afterwards. The team practiced, stretched, warmed up and then.... waited around 30 - 40 minutes. The result? They came out flat, had no momentum and got 95 yards of offense and 2 field goals in two quarters against a mediocre defense. Did the wait contribute to that? I think so.

We have a winner! I was thinking precisely the same thing. You hit it squarely on the head. The priorities of many "fans" are as follows:

1) Tailgating
2) Beating traffic home after the game
3) Tailgating
4) The game, if it doesn't interfere with 1-3.

Being present for Senior Day activities is not on the list.
