This game is reminiscent of the 2007 game against VT. And it's coming on the heels of a dismantling of Moo State. How's that for a coincidence?

My ear drums were being abused most of the game and I was two rows from the field. I can only imagine what it must have been like at midfield.

i wish the cheerleaders would start the stadium-wide "Geaux Tigers" more often. it should be done more than once a game. They tried once last night and got cut off by "Neck."

Yeah..and most people around us (in the SS) was saying was one of the more tame crowds in awhile..and was kinda disappointing being the home opener.

They usually only start it at the start of the fourth quarter.
But you're right I'd like them to do it more. I'd also like to hear the Boudin chant every game.

they did it before kickoff one year, cant remember which one, because tv was delayed or something. loudest chant ive ever heard. id like to see if it could be effective while we are on defense. i can imagine the sound shifting from side to side messing up the QB.
it would also get people who dont scream "OOO" involved. Some people feel silly "OOO"ing, but no one feels awkward chanting "Geaux Tigers"

Man, I hope words gets around about this being one of the biggest crowds for them.. I would love to see death valley get extra loud just for them!

I guess we hear what we want to hear.
All I can say is that my ear drums took a beating and those sitting around me concurred.
But I guess my opinion doesn't count since I wasn't playing an instrument in a large marching band.

I thought LSU would be 2-1 right now. The Tigers got past UNC the first week. I also predicted a very close game against WVU. I still believe WVU will give the Tigers a fight, but LSU will win by 2 touchdowns and will go to Flordia 5-0. Good luck Tiger Fans!
