Darrel Williams is his immediate backup. Guice is coming on though.

Williams is a power, north/south, one-cut runner.
Guice runs hard & violently, has good speed and is pretty shifty. His style is difficult to define at this point.

Williams is more a traditional power runner. Guice runs like the Tasmanian Devil cartoon and has good speed. I know that is an odd description, but appropriate.
