No RV Waitlist individual game pre-sale this year??

So for years now I have joined the RV waitlist in the spring, politely declined the non-renewable season pass, but then was offered single game or Pick'em Pack's a week before they were available to the public. This has always worked well for me since I can only make it to a few games each year. I've been waiting patiently, and finally called the ticket office today to find out that they were not going to be doing a single game pre-sale this year. Anyone else know if this is the case? Or why they changed things this year? Is there something I'm missing? Thanks.
