It seems that Les has hired coaches he's worked with, that he respects. I understand that.

Now, it's time for Les to hire a few coaches that are at the top of their game, not looking for a landing place.

The offense needs such a radical change that Les will have to go out of his comfort zone to make the "right" hire.

Les has to add some new blood while he can. If he doesn't LSU will hire an entire staff filled with it.

Any quality coordinator is more interested in proving they can produce than in staying in their job for more than one year.

Those men are well paid professionals. Most want to become HC down the road and a stop at LSU always looks good on the resume.

The LSU administration has decided not to compete for National Championships because Coaches are too expensive.

As long as that mindset is in place at LSU it wont matter who the coaches are. Championships are out of reach.

Wow. This might be the most blind pumper statement I've ever seen posted on here.

That was a big part of the decline of FSU under Bobby Bowden. He kept hiring his coaching friends that were out of touch and ran old schemes. When Jimbo took over he fired all but two coaches. Not one coach that was fired has worked in D-1 football since. Tells you how bad that staff ended up being at the end of Bobby's career.

Saban gave the nod to hire "The Killer LSU - Clown" I always thought that was the fly in the ointment

One year in Baton Rouge with a lame duck head coach that likes to meddle with offenses is not a resume builder, sorry.
