I'm not talking shite about the game. Just making fun of LSU fans melting over the refs, per usual.

And Hornsby gets pushed on a pass. Fricking joke!

He got tackled on that play that he changed from a shot to a pass in the corner. No call.

No it WAS over the back. I admitted that. The refs chose not to call it, as they usually do.

Let me guess, you watch like two basketball games a year.

That was a blatant flop.

If by 2 you mean every LSU game and every Pellies game, then yes, 2 a year.

Let them play in the last few seconds. Hoping for a foul is cheap

No such thing as over the back. Find it in the rule book then you can complain. Until then plane your blame on actual issues

Over the back isn't an official rule, but making contact by pressing your forearm onto the man in front of you during a rebound attempt is in fact, a foul.

We played with the best team in college basketball and had a chance to win at the end. Let's face it, Kentucky is going to get the calls when they are good in basketball just like Bama in football. Besides, this is the school who is only good at one thing-basketball! Now, someone please beat them, I don't care if it's in the NC game?

Could have called 20 over the backs in the game, most of them on Kentucky. Refs let it go all game.

Exactly. To blame this on officiating is chicken shite, in my opinion. I thought we got as many calls as Kentucky did and our team controlled their destiny at the end of the game. They were not robbed, as some posts seem to claim.

Okay Dr. Naismith. If you box out and an opposite player grabs you arm and comes over you back what is the appropriate call? Can you admit that some sort of foul on the offensive player must be called.

No such thing as over the back.

It is a colloquialism. Like a "reach in." There's no rule against "reaching in," either if you don't make contact.

It is very difficult to rebound from behind someone without making contact, so it tends to be tightly called.
