I'm not saying that you or anyone else on here doesn't have a "real job" (whatever that means), but coaches' decisions definitely have a real impact on people, the community, and especially the economy. While they don't make "life or death" decisions, like very few people do, it is naive to think that some of their decisions have a major impact in a lot of ways.

With that said, I agree with Saban that it is easy for all of us to second guess with no repercussions.
