Next year's basketball team?

Could they actually be worse next year if Blakeney leaves? Major roster changes along with the coach may be needed just to be competitive.

Any coach with even a mediocre ability to coach basketball will be able to field a better team than Jones

Blakely needs 1 more year it'll improve his draft stock and fet a bigger bonus.

His limitations aren't going to change. Might as well go pro next year and try to land on a roster. If not, work on his game in the D league. Great athlete limited by size.
He's not a guaranteed 1st rounder even if he comes back, and those are the only players truly guaranteed
