New lot 102 layout?

Does anyone know what lot 102 (north of old alec box) will look like? Will there be any room for some small tailgating? Grassy areas?
I'm looking at getting a pass in 107 or 102 but can't decide which. 107 is $200 more and about the same distance from the stadium.
Any thoughts?

If it's a new lot where those old apartments were, it'll probably just be gravel as it is temporary. They want to build new apartments and retail stores in that area within the next few years

Check the exit maps on the site. 107 goes out by river road. 102 goes back nicholson. It depends on what is best for you. For me....I don't want to go out River Road
